A word on the finish of your guitar

The process for cleaning a guitar followed at Mekong Guitars is to use a warm, damp cloth to wipe it down and then a dry cotton cloth to finish drying it off. Don't use cheap cleaners on your high-end guitar.

For polishing, we use only Martin Guitar Polish. Yes it's $10USD/bottle but why not use a product sold by a company that has been in business for over 175 years. They know what they are doing and pride themselves on developing the best products in the business. 

Commercial furniture polishing products are bad news for musical instruments. They can soak in and lift the grain over time, permanently altering the guitar's resonance. 

Guitar polish for guitars, furniture polish for furniture. It's that easy.
